PTO Needs you...

Volunteer Coordinator for Dance Performances: Someone to coordinate volunteers for dance performances.  The PTO will provide a list of volunteers to contact.  Time commitment: Approximately four hours total time required for recruiting.

Volunteer Coordinator for all School Theatre Performances: Someone to help coordinate parent volunteers for Theatrical Performances.  These are school plays only. This position is for all school plays.  Time commitment is approximately 2-6 hours three (3) times during the school year including phone time required for recruiting.

Volunteer Coordinator for Choral or Instrumental Performances: Same requirements as above for choral or instrumental performances held throughout the year.  This is a new position this year - time commitment to be determined. 

Concession Workers: We hope to offer concessions at our theatrical performances again this year but we need folks to help.  Time Commitment: It's up to you - anywhere from 1 hr to "skies the limit" - whatever time you can give would be greatly appreciated.  Please contact Garnet McDonald if you would like her to call on you to help work the concession when one is being offered at an event.  E-mail: garnetmcd@aol.com or call 776-8040.
